The beautiful turquoise coast of South-West Turkey is our destination for this week long extravaganza of activity.


















We start the holiday by measuring everybody’s fitness levels and body mass index. We take these measurements at the end of the holiday too so that you can see how all your hard work has paid off, and will spend some time over the week talking about food choices and nutrition as well as juggling a busy lifestyle….so that you can take home some lifestyle modification templates to try on your own. We are delighted to showcase the talented coaches Olly (Founder of Lean Green Human Being and expert in wild eating and natural movement) and Naomi (A health and exercise management psychologist) both hugely experienced and well respected thinkers in their field, alongside Brightonfit head trainer Kirstin. Our spacey boutique hotel with 9 double rooms (en suite) has a restaurant serving poolside or in the shade of the garden, a bar, indoor lounge and outdoor fire pit. Some of the activities are very adventurous and some are slower and more technical, don’t worry you wont need prior experience, all we request is that you come ready to grow and have fun and we will do the rest! Do expect to feel healthier and fitter and have made new friends, as you will be active for most of the week.
