Brightonfit run club meets twice a week at outdoor locations in Brighton.
Tuesday 7pm HOVE park session:
We include different training approaches & cross training for performance improvement & injury prevention such as Parluuf, Pyramids and Negatives. Drills designed to improve running efficiency & economy will also be covered.
Saturday 9am DEVIL’S DYKE endurance session:
We meet for a 90min session at the Dyke pub car park where we will run as a group at a moderate pace. These sessions are designed for people interested in running or improving their times in 10kms, half marathons, full marathons, triathlons and other endurance events.
Although we run as a group we are keen to stretch everybody so if you are faster than the pack we operate a peel back system where you will run to the back of the pack so that we all stick together.
