Come run around the glorious South Downs and enjoy the great outdoors with us!

Brightonfit run club meets twice a week at outdoor locations in Brighton.

  • Tuesday 7pm HOVE park session:

We offer a 60min technique session covering running technique & assessment of individual running styles such as Pose, fore-foot and mid-foot running, & whole body mechanics.

We  include different training approaches & cross training for performance improvement & injury prevention such as Parluuf, Pyramids and Negatives. Drills designed to improve running efficiency & economy will also be covered.

 

  • Saturday 9am DEVIL’S DYKE endurance session:

We meet for a 90min session at the Dyke pub car park where we will run as a group at a moderate pace. These sessions are designed for people interested in running or improving their times in 10kms, half marathons, full marathons, triathlons and other endurance events.

Although we run as a group we are keen to stretch everybody so if you are faster than the pack we operate a peel back system where you will run to the back of the pack so that we all stick together.

 

How much does it cost and how do I get involved?

Fill in the contact form or call us to book your FREE taster session. Your fee covers all aspects of technical running coaching. All routes have been checked and run hundreds of times by us.
