PERSONAL TRAINING:

We work with you one-to-one designing a program of exercise and looking carefully at your diet/nutrition.

We aim to incorporate exercise as effortlessly as possible into your lifestyle so spend a great deal of time working out who you are and what will work for you.

 

 


GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:

Group training is like a sophisticated bootcamp. You get all the benefits of group motivation but we aim to keep the training as personal as possible and so limit the groups to 8 people.

PSYCHOLOGY:
