JAMIE

Hi my name is Jamie, health and fitness has always played a huge part in my life and after graduating from university with a degree in ‘something I could fall back on’ I have pursued my passion for sport and all things alike.

My personal sporting interests lie with olympic weight lifting, gymnastics and high intensity fitness training, but I like to combine these with the softer side of sport and regularly can be found participating in yoga classes and hiking on the South Downs!

I get fantastic results with motivated people particularly for weight loss, strength building or to reach a sports target such as your first 10km run.

I operate one to one sessions from our main studio (see here), your home or a local park and I can help you really enjoy sport and getting fit as well as reaching your goals

Hi I’m Sam. I’m a qualified personal trainer, clinical and remedial sports therapist, Pilates teacher and sports masseuse; a bit of a mouthful as a job title but I feel that this combination provides the best possible service to you; being able to spot body imbalances and correcting them is a great help in avoiding injury, especially if you are new to exercise or changing the amount of exercise you are doing.

Having recovered from injury and weight gain myself in the past I know how important it is to access good training and nutritional advice; I am a qualified clinical weight loss practitioner therefore as well as physical training our sessions can be full of information if you wish.

I am a passionate middle distance runner (I am a coach in our sister company the Brighton running school), and in a previous life I was heavily involved in all things equine from competitive riding through to equestrian business management + studies. I am keen to practice what I preach and try to attain a healthy work life balance, I do work very hard but I try and counter this with quality time with family, friends, as much travel as possible and great food!

SOPHIE

Hi my name is Sophie, I have been a personal trainer for 7 years, I hold a degree in Sport Science – I believe there is nothing more satisfying than helping someone become a success.

I specialise in weight lifting and conditioning programs to get the body you have always dreamed of but I also have a passion for educating and training those who really struggle with basics. I run a scheme for Worthing Council designed to help weight management within families; I take a holistic approach and I work with the entire family. We work on small but manageable healthy lifestyle adaptations, healthy eating, and I introduce moderate exercise. The results have been phenomenal and I absolutely love it!!

My personal interests are health and fitness related as you would imagine, I adore weight training and am planning on competing as a fitness model next year partly for me; to get the body I have always dreamed of, but also to motivate those I train and show that you can do anything you want!!!!

RICH

Hi, I’m Rich I am a fully qualified personal trainer I am also a cinematographer. I combine the physical aspect of personal training and my creativity to provide a flexible, unique and very successful style of personal training. I see personal training as a relationship I have with each client, I will be by your side every step of the way offering you support, advice and camaraderie until we smash your goals!

My sporting background is rugby (I still play) so for me cross training to develop athleticism, power and skill is very important. I aim to bring as many different training styles into our sessions as possible and believe functional training (to get the body moving in a way that it was designed rather than through repetitive action) is the right way to train.

Supporting you in achieving your goals is extremely rewarding for me, I get particularly good results with clients wanting to loose weight, gain lean muscle or become a more accomplished athlete.
