Our Brighton & Hove Personal Training Studios + gyms are are either private or shared with other Brightonfit clients. Our studios lean more towards HIIT, functional, body balance, Pilates and suspension type training. Our gyms are fully equipped strength and conditioning gyms; here you can expect to be offered absolutely any type of training session from powerlifting to yoga! Additionally, our seafront studio, with such easy access to the promenade and sea is also used as our hub for sea swimming and running groups. We also offer a mobile personal training service if you would like to train from your home, local park or workplace.
