Positioned on the edge of Brighton our studio is only 10mins from the seafront, 10mins from Hove and 5mins from the South downs. We picked this location as we really believe in getting outdoors. The South Downs has perfect spots for outdoor circuit training, hill sprint training, beautiful long runs along the South Downs way, in all – great cross training facilities. The vista up here is terrific….why pound the pavements with everyone else when you could have this?
