Personal training is about getting the best out of you, sometimes you need to be reminded what you are capable of; we guide and advise but ultimately it's you that achieves. Building a good relationship with your personal trainer is key to success, we take things slowly making sure we understand what is needed and carefully match you with the trainer (and site) most suited to you. Here's how we work:
The first time we meet we will want to know what you like and don't like and what your goals are. Don't worry if you don't know the answer to any of our questions we can work it all out. On the other hand please feel free to tell us your exacting requirements if you know what you are looking for and we can cut straight to the chase! This is an informal meeting – usually a sit down chat type, but sometimes we like to see you in motion to assess your biomechanics or other things that help us build a good picture of you.
Personal training slots are available between 6am - 10pm, during the week and 7am - 6pm on the weekends. Our busiest times are before and after the working day but we will do our best to fit you in. It may be that you want to mix and match trainers to get the most from a combined skill set or you want to build a uniquely personal relationship with just one of us. The choice is yours and we will do our utmost to meet your requirements.
The best way to commit yourself to your goals is by hitting your pocket! And we reward you by offering you a discount for a block booking purchased up front, you can book at any time you like and use up to one year after purchase. If you would like to share a block with a friend or partner, this is another good way to commit to your goals and still and make savings.
