Personal training is about getting the best out of you, sometimes you need to be reminded what you are capable of; we guide and advise but ultimately it's you that achieves. Building a good relationship with your personal trainer is key to success, we take things slowly making sure we understand what is needed and carefully match you with the trainer (and site) most suited to you. Here's how we work:
The first time we meet we will want to know what you like and don't like and what your goals are. Don't worry if you don't know the answer to any of our questions we can work it all out. On the other hand please feel free to tell us your exacting requirements if you know what you are looking for and we can cut straight to the chase! This is an informal meeting – usually a sit down chat type, but sometimes we like to see you in motion to assess your biomechanics or other things that help us build a good picture of you.
Personal training slots are available between 6am - 10pm, during the week and 7am - 6pm on the weekends. Our busiest times are before and after the working day but we will do our best to fit you in. It may be that you want to mix and match trainers to get the most from a combined skill set or you want to build a uniquely personal relationship with just one of us. The choice is yours and we will do our utmost to meet your requirements.
The best way to commit yourself to your goals is by hitting your pocket! And we reward you by offering you a discount for a block booking purchased up front, you can book at any time you like and use up to one year after purchase. If you would like to share a block with a friend or partner, this is another good way to commit to your goals and still and make savings. If you have an alternative payment plan you would like to propose please discuss it with us, we want to facilitate your fitness journey.
I began looking for a female personal trainer in Brighton and found Kirstin, after 18 months of personal training I reached my target weight loss of over 3 stone. I now maintain a healthy lifestyle and recently married my childhood sweetheart in a size 10 wedding dress! *
Personal training in Brighton with Brightonfit has been a very pleasant experience. I had really only been a cyclist before I began fitness training with them and within 12 months of training in the comfort of my own home I have completed a 10km run, comfortably squatted my own body weight and even become a fan of burpees! *
I was working in an office, out of shape, and unhappy. A friend bought me some Brighton personal trainer sessions to get started with and I can honestly say it has been the best experience of my life. In fact I lost so much weight (3 stone) and became so fit in the 2 years of sessions that I changed my job and am now training to be a fully qualified nutritionalist. *
As a fitness instructor in Brighton my time is so pressed, its hard to get time to find to put towards my own exercise. I decided to look for a personal trainer in Brighton and Hove and came across Brightonfit; what attracted me to them was their Strength coaches as Olympic lifting was something I had always wanted to learn. I am 9 months in and feel amazing! My lifting technique is improving all the time and I cannot recommend the Brighton personal trainers at Brightonfit enough! *
