Exercise 6 days a week for 6 weeks; we will create a schedule for you that will include these sessions in a sensible order and with the right content for YOU. Sessions will either be at home or the Brightonfit studio. Some will be private one to one & some will be Brightonfit group sessions.
Stick to our nutritional advice like glue. It is going to be a little strict, but it will not be a severe calorie restriction diet, we want you to make changes that last a lifetime in order that you never have to be here again.
We ask you don’t skip a session, that you are honest with us so that we can tweak your program as we go and we understand you as best we can. If you can hold this together for the 6 weeks then we can guarantee monumental improvements to completely change your life.

It can be daunting to pick up weights for the first time, or you may not be getting the results you want from your current lifting program. Help is at hand; with the right structure and coaching we will either introduce you to weight lifting techniques & training concepts, or build upon your existing weightlifting ability.
Exercise 6 days a week for 12 weeks; Every client's session and program will be different but for all, during the week you will see your personal trainer in the studio for weight lifting and on the weekend you will attend a high intensity group session also in the studio. There will be some homework to complete in your own time as well !!
We will provide as much support and structure as you need; this will entail a tailored training AND nutritional plan. It's hard to stick to both, we know that but its only 12 weeks. Try and get your head down and give it your best effort, by the end we guarantee it will feel like a way of life!
You may have been weightlifting for years, but hit a plateau in your strength gains. Alternatively you might not know the difference between a squat and a snatch. Either way you are about to be entering a new zone, so be prepared to mix it up, to feel a little out of your comfort zone.
